Couple Dance - 5 Lessons - $200

Wedding Dance - 5 Lessons - $200

Couples or Line Dancing - 1 hour lesson $60/mo

Line Dancing - 5 Lessons $100 and can join other line dance classes during the week for no extra charge. (Email for more information)

Line Dancing

Is your inner star ready to bust a move? Try our beginner-friendly line dancing classes! No experience is needed, just a love of music and movement. Learn at your own pace with step-by-step instruction and a variety of music styles. It's a fun way to get exercise and meet new people!

We meet several times a week. You can either pay $60/hour for a once-a-week lesson or $100 for 5 weeks (and come to any planned line dancing class each month.)

Wedding Couples

Make your wedding unforgettable with a romantic couples’ dance lesson! Aimee will choreograph a dance to your favorite song, from a classic waltz to an improv dance or a fun swing routine.

No experience is needed – Aimee will guide you step-by-step to create a magical moment on your special day! 5 lessons are $200. Contact Aimee for more details.

Couple Dancing

Are you ready to spice up your date night or reignite the spark with couples dance lessons? Learn a romantic Latin dance, a playful rumba, or any number of dances we offer.

Aimee creates a fun and supportive environment, perfect for beginners or those wanting to brush up on their skills. 5 lessons for $200.

About Aimee and Jerry

We started our dance career in 1993 dancing & teaching at the east side bar called Super Toad.  Our instructors Dave & Gina Trimble (2001 World Champions ) approached us and asked if we would be interested in competing. 

Our 1st competition was in 1996 and our last competition was in 2003.  During that time frame, we competed at numerous levels of dance competition and traveled the midwest & southern regions.

  • (1996)  Des Moines, IA, our very 1st competition, it was called Dance Days just a honky tonk competition. 

  • (1998) Branson, we won 1st place in 4 dances & overall champions.   (2002) St Louis, 1st place in two dances, 2nd place in three dances & 3rd place in one dance, 2nd place winners overall.  

  • (2003) New Orleans, 1st place in all six dances and 1st place overall 

  • (2003) we won 5th place overall at Worlds in Nashville. 

We were lucky to have taken private lessons with Vickie Vance Johnson & Kevin Johnson, Kristen Geil & Rex Jones, Jo Thompson, Pedro Machado, Scott Blevins, Max Perry & Kathy Hunyadi alongside other professional instructors.  The song Vickie Vance Gotta Dance by Mark Chesnutt was written for Vickie Vance Johnson.

Our teaching career began about 30 years ago through Des Moines, Ankeny, Johnston, and Carlisle community education programs  We also taught at the Dsm Ballroom and the Madhat Ballroom.
